And whatever black ops agency he worked for just sort of plugged in whatever scenario/origin they thought would best motivate him to do their dirty work for them. In this volume, he finds out that his memories are not only all false, but that he has multiple false families (or origins?) to go along with those memories. The short version is that Bloodshot is an overpowered science experiment due to the nanites that not only rebuild him, but also allow him access to computers, heighten his senses, and give him super strength. It seems as though this title ties into some of the other Valiant titles I've read recently, and I'm excited to find out where exactly Bloodshot fits into the grand scheme of this universe.

I don't have a long history or a lot of background on this character, but I thought this was a decent jumping off point.
